The sign of a thriving guitar community is fools posting photos of their unmodded incredibly popular guitars, so it's an honor to be the first to share this photo of a JMJM here :P It's not even the more desirable model, it's a 2020, and I don't particularly get along with the ToM bridge, but it's mine and I love it all the same!
In a surprise twist, the pickups in the J Mascis models are constructed more like p90s than typical jazzmaster pickups, with bar magnets along the bottom and the adjustable screw pole pieces. Guess they figured jazzmaster pickups weren't confusing enough people as is! ๐
