This actually happens seasonally on Mars. It freezes out of the atmosphere because it's carbon dioxide there. Causes insane winds from the change in volume.

I believe that CO2 would be the first thing to fall out here as well, followed by nitrogen condensation, then oxygen.

Edit: that's not how Mars lost its atmosphere.
