Probably The Martian. I had to find out how he dealt with the next major issue that came up that was gonna kill him.
Have you read his next book, Hail Mary? Similar vibes.
Yes, I have. I quite enjoyed that one too, despite its flaws. While a fun and enjoyable read I didn't find it quite as much a book I couldn't put down.
Yeah I agree it isn't quite as gripping as the Martian, but for me the more philosophical questions of the book made up for it.
