Look at all the mud propositions in both Travis and Williamson country where only 1 person voted. Talk about making your vote count.

You should look that up. I read that it is something like developers paying someone to live in a mobile home on empty land that they are getting ready to develop. The person in the mobile home voted for the MUD.
