No worries. I do want to add one thing though, related to:

Isralis have higher moral ground just because they haven’t asserted “Kill all palestinians” as their primal goal.

I think it's more accurate to say that Israel is often perceived to have the higher moral ground. Israel is generally much better at creating positive public image, particularly in the international community. However that image is now wearing thin.
