Believe this is the same road they are talking about completely revamping anyway. I guess this will have to be part of it.

I still find it insanity that the only connector from downtown to Mopac runs through a city park. But this is also the city where the interstate runs right through downtown. 🤷‍♂️

Don't most Texas cities have a highway that flows around downtown? Houston was the only one that I remember had one go through downtown but they removed it.

This city desperately needs a central East-West highway.
