Lol what.
I don't think I've seen that happen anywhere. People switching home heating are installing heat pumps, which move more energy than they consume, which typically more than makes up for the cost difference.
I also don't think I've seen anywhere do a forced switch yet, though Basel has one in the works
This is just trolling
