With the $13B in loans, this means that Twitter's Enterprise Value is like $6B now, right? Or did I do the math wrong?

Right? That's the whole reason the board jumped on the deal. He was offering way too much money for the company. If someone knocked on my door and offered a million bucks for my house I'd take them up on that offer without a second thought for the same exact reason.
