despite their poor start this year, I thought Kirk had taken that step, turned the corner, etc, and was showing up when it really counted. I was thinking how good they're looking now, and that Detroit better be careful with that division lead. Maybe Minnesota could make the playoffs and make some noise.

Vikings fan here. Nothing more deflating than seeing Kirk take that step during the first post-Rodgers/Favre era game in Lambeau up 14 late. Game was so satisfying up to that point, like finally the Vikings have the more established, veteran QB and he’s playing great…then, ahh. Just rough to see.
