That sounds crazy. I love in Illinois and could go to the DMV tomorrow, them again I don't live in a major city.
You should love in Virginia instead. I hear that's exactly what it's for.
I thought ohio is for lovers though?

Yeah, I just wish our state was a less dysfunctional in other ways.
