“Arsenal are set to receive another apology from PGMOL after they were failed to be awarded a penalty following an incident between Chelsea’s Robert Sanchez and Gabriel Jesus.
It is also believed VAR got “too involved” with the penalty decision - as on field officials deemed Saliba to be too close to Mudryk even during replays.”

"too involved"...i swear there really needs to be an independent investigation into PGMOL
