His approval rating amongst republicans will likely go up. That’s a change.

You might be right. Look at how many people who helped him had a smiling mugshot, like they completed some kind of checkpoint in life.

My bad, it is hard to guess the tone from the text. I am still upset that if I just did fraction of what he did I would be in jail for a long time and he looks like he might still walk away from it somehow.

It looks like he is mostly worried about the civil case in NY where he might lose money than the criminal cases.
