Thanks for adding some nuance to that. I feel much the same. Don't invite the violence - but you also may want to prepare for the worse of it from others.

Thanks! And amen. Even thinking about fixing the antisemitism/nazi/incel problem on a societal level is exhausting. It's gonna take time and a whole lot of smart and compassionate people.

But on an individual level? Some of those crazy fuckers are ready to hurt or kill people just because of who they are. No harm in preparing, and there's plenty of options for those who aren't comfortable with firearms.
