I'm cautiously optimistic for the game. But either A) they're lying out of their ass or B) they got rid of all the cool stuff like a live background world, any sort of AI, etc. Or C) they made a huge evolutionary step forward (for Bethesda).

Guess we'll find out

They did design a whole new engine for this game to replace their aging engine they used for Oblivion, Skyrim, and the Fallout games.

Might still end up a buggy nightmare, but who knows, maybe they did drastically improve it.
