In [email protected] we have a list of other UK communities in the sidebar. It might be nice if we can get a comprehensive list of the other UK based communites too, so if you run one or know of one, drop a link here. Make sure it's in the remote format so that they can be reached from any instance - this is !<communityname>@<instanceurl>. I don't think hyperlinking works properly yet, but there are active issues raised on the github to get it functional.

If you're from somewhere not covered in this thread and inexplicably wish to speak to your neighbours, try just chucking your city name or whatever into https://lemmyverse.net/communities
