warships / boats β 20 (+0),
submarines - 1 (+0),
vehicles and fuel tanks β 9370 (+33),
special equipment β 985 (+0).

Isn't this a record number of tanks/APVs? Holy shit.
I don't recall seeing them this high including personnel.
It really looks like two or more days' stats would have fallen into one report.

It is, and record personnel. I'm willing to bet they had to add a few leftovers from previous days. Or Avdiivka didn't go to well yesterday.
