Probably because they recovered from it, admitted they made a mistake, and posted it online for content. No point crucifying someone over a mistake that they (hopefully) learned from, especially when harm was avoided.
Where did they admit they made a mistake?

There is some room for interpretation, but it sounds to me like they know they made a mistake. I can't imagine they'll do it again anyway.
