Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Needs and wants are different things and should be described as such.
If I'm talking about liking red cars then point to a car, and you say, "that's not red, that's mauve," you're being an ass.
If we're shopping for paint together, and i say "i like this red," and you reply, "i think that's mauve," you're trying to be specific in our communication about a common task.
Right now, we're talking about cars. Chill out
What are you talking about?
Needs and wants are not like colors, lol. What a terrible analogy that only a moron would take seriously.
You're putting yourself through mental gymnastics to try and change the meanings of words to suit your agenda.
I'm gonna block you now. I can tell people like you aren't worth dealing with.
