[Question] Most of the current reddit drama stems from spez, where's the other guy? (self.reddit)

I don't know much about reddit corporate structure, or how corporate works in full honesty. My understanding is that there are 2 alive founders, and spez is the CEO. Where is Alexis in all of this? Or does he not have a say?

Was also seeing many people on Reddit theorizing that Spez was the puppet of the Board, and that they are the ones orchestrating hammering through the changes and direction. Like Spez is the Vader to the Board's Palpatine.
