I'm torn on what current Porzingis is. A few years ago he was one of my dream pieces. Injuries took the shine off and I haven't seen enough recently to know what the current player is.

I'm not opposed to a shakeup, though, and as much as I like Smart as a defensive centerpiece, he might be the only key player you could really move, and I'm not sure what more you would expect back for him.
