What I want more than anything from the racing sims is a remaster or reimagining of Gran Turismo 2. That single player experience where you start from the bottom with a used car and build up to racing in the S Tier races. Hundreds if not thousands of cars (new and used) from so many manufacturers.

Likewise. I'd love a "CarPG" with the open world of Horizon, with the mechanics of Motorsport, and the profession of... Well, no game that I know of. As much as I enjoy Horizon, getting supercars thrown at you left and right removes all sense of progression for me.
