One item, he said his 10,000sqft apartment was 30,000sqft. I mean when I was in my 20s I lied about my penis size but come on... nobody is going to believe that.
So … you always trippled it, when someone wanted to know?
Only way to make it seem normal 😂
Except all NYC places do this... You can go visit a business space for rent that claims 1800sqft... and when you measure it it's 800sqft. Out of all the things to latch onto, this is a dumb one if you know anything about NYC real-estate. It's been this way for decades (I left there in 2006, and it's still this way.)
That's interesting, I've googled examples and haven't had any luck finding any articles on this. Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
Louis rossmann has a few videos on his channel about this problem when he was looking for a new space in new York.
I'll look them up, thank you!

Here's the playlist that he maintains on it.

What's funny is all the downvotes.. Like I was wrong.
Interesting, not something I've seen here in Colorado.
Yeah, I've not seen it in any other place I lived since NY... Most people would consider this practice fraud... But in NYC is literally everywhere.
