Wanting to start painting my kits. Thinking of going with the Badger Patriot 105 airbrush, does anyone have any recommendations on air compressors or desktop paint booths? (self.gunpla)

There are so many online and it's kind of tough to trust the Amazon reviews when so many of these products tend to give incentives for 5 star reviews.

That looks great! Especially for a first paint. Thanks for all the info, the vent coming out of the top of that booth is great and might mean I can set it up on my desk rather than my table. I'll take some measurements.

I hear you on the cheaper electric airbrush, but I think I'm still going to go for the Badger Patriot and a small compressor. I've got some car models and stuff as well and I know I'm going to stick with it, so I think I'm just gonna go for the moderately more expensive option right off the bat rather than upgrading to it down the line.

I'll follow up for sure, but not for a bit since I'm asking for these for Christmas. For now I'll just keep building and panel lining kits, maybe with a little weathering by hand.
