alternatively, it's infuriating speaking to someone like this who interupts constantly and does not let an idea get developed.
I mean I get your point, but remember it is not that they doing it on purpose.
Yeah but while you are trying to fill in the gaps so you can get out of the conversation easier you are literally getting everything wrong and making the conversation take longer and be more confusing than if you had just taken 30 damn seconds to actually listen

Sounds like something that would be worthy of being called a disorder.
I guess it is hard to learn the right behaviour.
