I have a few friends in my life who have seen me manic, depressed, etc over the years. At this point we've largely fallen out of touch and I'm better handling my illness but I still want to tell them. I'm not sure why, maybe just to spread awareness I suppose.

I like to talk with ppl about my condition but in other hand I just can't trust ppl in general, so I only talk about my condition with ppl I really trust, 4 closer friends and family, or ppl that don't have any possibility to use this against me in the future like some random in a bar.
