Obvious favourites: The Thing, Dawn of the Dead, Evil Dead 2

Besides those... Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), Phantasm 2, The Void, 30 Days of Night, Ginger Snaps, The Battery, Byzantium, Spring, American Werewolf in London, Return of the Living Dead, The Lighthouse, Dog Soldiers, Possessor
