I think the free buses for under 25s has had a big effect. Hard to compete with free

I hope they're also going to sort out single vs return. I was recently getting a train and it turned out to be cheaper (only 20p, but still) to get a return ticket than a single. How does that even happen?

Totally daft indeed. Plenty of folk going overnight places and not taking the train due to this
