Another week goes by that I'd be willing to pay the NFL a reasonable amount of money to watch my team, but not having that option, looks like once again I'll be streaming it for free.
The blackout rules are so stupid. If the NFL offered a plan that allowed you to watch ALL games for one team at a reasonable price so many people would sign up.
The calculation for per game costs on Sunday Ticket are unhinged and the reason why I can't financially justify adding cable AND Sunday Ticket.
I paid for it for a few years when I moved but it's horrible. Especially because it doesn't include any Sunday night, Monday night or Thursday night games.
Yeah, I tried it for a lil' bit but the value is just not there when it's $70/mo. plus the $25/game or something like that when you factor out nationwide appearances.
Doesn't get any more reasonable than that.
This is the first year I paid for NFL Sunday Ticket and it is well worth the price. I have access to every game legally. (I have a digital antenna)
Worth is relative. To me, thinking that amount of money is worth it simply to watch my team is laughable. More than happy to watch for free while these idiots at the NFL keep trying to push archaic satellite systems and overpriced digital packages.
