My original plan for tonight was spaghetti bolognese with a side salad, but I think I'm going to change it for a fajita salad bowl thing. Which involves some seasoned chicken fajita mix that was a bit sweet and not great for fajitas, but works well mixed through a salad with a bit of lime and corriander dressing.
