I wasn't a morning person either until I forced myself to be. I'm not sure what would help you, but for me, it was exercising that helped me get the schedule I wanted.
I'd recommend trying to get on a decent workout routine so you're tired by the time the sun sets. ๐
I think I'd rather find a schedule that works with my body, rather than force my body to conform to a schedule it doesn't want.
