I’ve seen them quite a bit around downtown and uptown, generally doing positive things—cleanup, homeless wellness checks, conflict de-escalation, etc.
On the other hand, they’re ultimately beholden to the businesses, not to elected officials—ideally I'd like to see the city adopt a similar program.
