The Abandoned Merchant in Siofra is worse. Dude is chilling high up in an empty building by himself with an unlit campfire. Dude just wanted to be left alone.

What about the guy inside moghs palace? I mean wtf the moment you find him and think:"cool a safe spot" a fucking sanguine noble just backstabs you, and then you run for your life only to find a SECOND noble has spawned and blocks your way out
