What is happening!? Both of your last links work ONLY IF I open them in a new tab (middle click). If I click on them directly they do not work and go to (https://kbin.social/u/)

This is so weird.
Simply typing "(at)skeptic(at)lemmy.world" turns it into a link that seems to be correct, pointing to (https://kbin.social/m/[email protected]) - see above
HOWEVER, if I click directly on the link, for some reason it takes me to a user profile that doesn't exist (https://kbin.social/u/@[email protected])
BUT if I middle click the link to open in a new tab, it correctly goes to (https://kbin.social/m/[email protected])
I have no idea what is happening or where to report this behaviour.
