It is clearly meant to look expensive and decedent and selfish so has to be an episode that Milhouse came into money with a job he hated. The radioactive movie episode would be my guess.

Leave it to classic Simpsons to convey 3 key ideas in one frame.

FWIW new episodes do this too, it's just harder since I haven't seen those a billion times.
