It seems that in India, nuclear power plants and rockets that fly to the moon, are faster built than toilets.

To be fair you just need to build a few of those things while toilets number in the millions. Plus local government agencies are more corrupt. See these toilets cost almost a million USD a piece ๐Ÿ˜ญ
