The province is defending its decision to turn down a donation worth $2 million intended for a new MRI machine at St. Joseph's Hospital in Estevan.

We all know that major decisions about a hospital's operations should just be decided by the person with the most money. If someone gives a hospital money, obviously that means they know what's best for the hospital!
