Hoping to kickstart his community and encourage people to visit! For the next two weeks, I'm giving a free BJJ Mental Models Premium audio course to the Lemmy community.

The course is "Jiu-Jitsu for Imbeciles, feat. Rob Biernacki." I love this series - it's one of my favorite ways to onboard people into the conceptual side of Jiu-Jitsu, and it's an awesome resource for grapplers from white to black belt.
