Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

In Germany its usually the fast cars that get pulled over for being too loud, my exhaust pipe on my old car was completely rusted through and I drove through a police check where they pull everyone over.
They didnt say anything regarding the exhaust.
I replaced it before the next inspection, because I would have never passed with it rusted through.
at least in Germany there is an inspection...
Where do you live that there isn't?
Fair few states in the US don't have inspections. (And a few that "do" are really limited and almost meaningless. Like Ohio.)
Many states in the US don't have an inspection. I live in one of those states. I once observed someone driving down a highway with four donut spares on their car.
Fair play. I live in Oregon where there are regularly required inspections and emissions testing.
Though granted, in rural counties pretty much anything goes.
Here's in Wisconsin there isn't one
Edit: actually I think Milwaukee has some sort of inspection because they don't want shit in the great lakes but where i am in Wisconsin, no inspection
Florida
Ah, I guess that makes sense. Here in Oregon, unless you live in a rural county, we have regular DEQ inspections and emissions testing.
Probably they seen rusted car and understood that it's not your initention to be loud.
