They should be punished just as badly as when their kids find the liquor stash.
Nobody should be "punished" because this person doesn't like cannabis.
Without a doubt.
We are now several years into cannabis being legal in Canada, with absolutely no discernable downside or negative societal impact.
Elderly conservatives are basically out of touch with reality on the subject.
