I wouldn’t mind that premise. It would be great if the Thrawn trilogy could be adapted in some way to feature films or a multi-season show. I’d take some more Jedi master Luke scenes as well.
If they do that they need to bite the bullet and recast Luke. We all love Mark, but the CGI face swapping tech is just not there yet, and arguably shouldnt be used anyway.
I don’t disagree.

We have Sebastian Stan over here looking like Luke already. Just cast the dude. Although he’s already in his 40s so maybe that’s not the best choice.
