I finished up arrating and over seeding my front lawn. I used a hand tool since it's not a huge area, but still took about an hour.

Planning to trim the laceleaf maples next weekend.

Not much, I am in the process of selling so just keeping it all tidy for viewings. So spent the time working on my project cars instead.

How has it been going? We're you able to sell at the value you wanted? Did you find another place already?
