No matter which way you slice it, San Diego has the most expensive electricity in the country.

And it’s beginning to draw eyes from across the nation.

So electric companies are playing the cable company game of "streaming hurt us so we're going to have to charge you more" get fucked, fix your shit you get subsidies and should be less profit driven.
