Honestly don't believe we'd be getting out of a trump term if he'd have won a 2nd back to back. The attempted insurrection proves how little that group cares for law or order. I'm hoping that there will be more resistance to his vitriol this go around. But if not sadly it's my neices & nephews problems really, my time is just spent hoping there's a world left for them.
Misdirected? No, the respite was good for the country overall. Could it have been better? Of course, but you've got to work with what you've got. Hopefully it's not immediately burned to the ground.
