Punk is really doubling down it seems lol.
Crowd seems to love him like ever it seems.
Yeah it's gonna be funny when he doesn't have home field advantage.
I really don't know why Tony Khan does this. Is here really THAT much of a Punk stan, or does Punk really bring that much money?
From all we gathered so far there is no way Punk is not wrong about what he did. There might be valid reasons why he was pissed, but everything that happened after his last AEW match was completely out of line.
He does bring a lot of money. I think he's still around because this might be a case of perception isn't reality. Punk might rub a lot of people wrong, but if he's still in the building it must not be that bad to those behind the scenes. There has to be some level of cordiality if people want him back. Just because he's putting on a bravado for us the fans, doesn't mean it's the same back stage. There's a level of communication that was crossed but there's also a level of communication that saved the relationship. So just enjoy the ride is my take.
