Despite the fact that military service in Russia now offers good earning opportunities, the Kremlin is continuing to experience problems with recruiting new people to the ranks of the army.

Despite offering them poverty wages, no one is interested! Shocker. Isn’t Russia also charging families large sums to bring the bodies of their cannon fodder back?
