I have an HP x360 14c running 115.0.5790.160, and Pixel 7 Pro. Phone Hub is connected and the Apps option is enabled. They're on the same wifi, bluetooth is enabled on both. But I just keep getting that apps can't be streamed right now.

Do you have a VPN or anything like that enabled on the phone? I have it working on a pixel 6 to Acer 516GE but still see that message occasionally.

I had used the Google One VPN on the Chromebook a few weeks ago while travelling, but disabled it when I returned. It was not active when I was trying to get app streaming setup. I did send feedback and then after the next OS update it started working. Probably coincidence. Maybe just the reboot for the OS update reset something.
