What is this Snake?

Don't kill snakes! Also, be careful when taking photos of them and don't put yourself in danger when doing so.

Probably correct, how do you know it's definitely not a Smooth Snake? Coronella austriaca. I wasn't sure if it was one or the other.

I'm definitely not a snake expert. It just looks longer and more like an Aesculapian snake to me.

Same, no expert. If it's over 3 feet then it probably is Aesculapian. Hard to get a sense of size reference from the photo but I'd say it's on the longer side.

Hey thanks for your feedback. Verry much appreciated as this thing showed up at my cousin’s house which is neighboring the place I will go on vacation in a few weeks and I just wanted to make sure this Boi is not venomous. And out of general curiosity of course.

No problem, whichever of the two it is - most likely not venomous. Still exercise caution. Enjoy your vacation!
