Yes, but the recovery is happening at the end of the straight into the Tarzan corner, where most of the crashes happened this weekend.
Eh, I'm kinda split. I see why they erred more conservatively though, and it was probably the right decision.
On one hand Zhou was definitely in a risky position, but on the other hand I think everyone would have put on full wets on the next lap and the risk for another crash under SC/VSC would be very low.
