That's what I came to say lol.

A nice piece of rye toast or sourdough, some slow roasted garlic smashed up,a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and you've got some yummy going on.

Hell, go crazy, mash the garlic up with a drizzle of olive oil, some chopped basil, diced olives, and it's even better.
