Should I revert my game after killing

Spoilers for Act 3

Raphael in Sharess' Caress in Wyrm's Crossing

? I was able to throw them off the balcony with several shoves, dealing ~1100 damage (and only granting 65 XP).

Because the game keeps teleporting you out and never technically entered combat, I'm guessing they weren't supposed to be killed here. Some quick google searches suggest they're supposed to appear later on too - will this break my game at all or is it safe to continue with this save file?

I have no idea, I've never seen this before! Does their friend downstairs act like you talked to them already, or is she still trying to send you up to talk to them?

I'm guessing you pushed him all the way off the bridge, and that's why he died? I haven't personally killed him yet, but have been told that he has loot you might have wanted, which you won't get if his body was lost in a chasm.

~~Weird, I didn't find anyone like that downstairs~~, and hadn't talked to him or anyone else in the building prior to killing him. Not really sure what's going on but I'm going to try continuing from here.

Edit: I found her, and she's acting like I haven't seen him yet. She keeps telling me to go see him.
